Stephen Hardy Palmer describes his music as ‘John Prine meets Doc Watson’, two of his biggest heroes. In the new millenium, he has self released 5 albums of original & traditional roots music. Accompanying himself on 6 and 12 string guitars, he lives the life of a musical troubador, touring Canada from coast to coast..

-Heavily influenced by 60’s icons Pete Seeger, Gordon Lightfoot, Ian Tyson.

-First Folk Rock band 1968, High School dances and Light Shows.

-Opened for Led Zeppelin, The Who, Cream etc. (All the major touring acts of the 60’s and 70’s.)

-Edmonton Music Hall of Fame 2018

-Original song ‘Welcome Back’ played on CBC’s Vinyl Café.

-5 self released albums since 2003.
